Shipping and Returns
Shipping Terms:
1. Estimated delivery times: Delivery of products is expected within 2-4 working days from the date of confirmation of payment of the order.
2. Shipping costs: Shipping is free for Italy, for other countries it is calculated at checkout.
3. Shipping Method: Orders are shipped via express courier.
Right of Withdrawal:
If you are not satisfied with the product purchased on www.outofmind.best and wish to return it or exchange it for another product, you have the right to withdraw. The exchange/return procedure is simple and intuitive! Just follow these instructions:
1. Return Period: You have up to 14 days from receipt of the product to return the products. Sale, promotion or non-full price products are not refundable.
2. Notification of your intention to exercise the right of withdrawal: Notify your intention to exercise the right of withdrawal by means of an explicit declaration to our customer service.
3. Return package shipment: Prepare the package containing the products to be returned. Remember that the goods must be returned intact, in their original packaging and complete with all their accessories.

5. Return evaluation and refund: Once we receive the return package, we will check the conditions and if they comply with the conditions stated, we will issue a voucher for the value of the amount spent, within 3 working days following receipt of the package.
Conditions for making a Return:
- The return of products can be made within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods to the buyer.
- Returned items must meet the following eligibility criteria to be accepted, otherwise you will not be able to receive a refund or replacement:
- The product must be returned in the original condition in which it was shipped, including any accessory parts.
- Products purchased on sale, on promotion or not at full price are not refundable.
- The product is damaged or worn due to improper use.
- The product has been altered or modified by the customer.
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, except in the case of manufacturing defects, declared within 14 days of receipt.
